PURSUIT RACE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Mass Bay offers a Pursuit Race Championship each season. There are awards for both the Spinnaker and the Jib and Main divisions. Eight qualifying races make up this series with the best four scores determining the winners.

Although many of these races have the highest participation in the bay, the style of racing is more relaxed as you are provided with your own start time. Many folks first time racing is in a pursuit race and we encourage you to enter one of these races even if you don't normally race your boat or you race as crew on another boat.
